AIESEC THYNA Entrepreneurship project

Aiesec thyna organise Entrepreneurship project,This is a business Project that focuses on developing our members by giving them an idea about the different opportunities available in the current Tunisian market in relation to entrepreneurship.

In addition to this, we would also like to create a learning environment in which they can develop the necessary skills required to be an effective entrepreneur. As the current market stands the Tunisian business environment is booming, This issue became quite important in Tunisia, since there are not only a number of government initiatives to faster national entrepreneurship but also a great support to the international investments .The aim is to participate in the economic growth; we need more local entrepreneurs taking initiatives to sustain it in the future.

Therefore, we have to keep in mind that our target is the young generation who will to take the lead to carry on this growth. The project also gives the opportunity for various events that can be opened to the non AIESEC people creating a brand image of the organization on the basis of it being a Learning and Youth development organization.

Our objectives:

*To deliver knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship to young people.

*to provide the native talent to companies from their target market or market expansion.

*to provide the company with key know-how about its target market that it plans to expand into.

*To help young entrepreneurs on developing their business.

*To promote the development of innovative products, management and marketing for new business

Year 1997 witnessed the establishment of AIESEC Thyna in Tunisia within the high school of Commerce in Sfax .AIESEC thyna is a multi-cultural,active and open minded organisational .

Since her establishment provides its members with an experience full of personal development comprised of leadership opportunities, international exchanges and participation in a global learning environment .

The rapid and huge development of AIESEC Thyna has been recognized not only locally but also internationally .

AIESEC IN TUNISIA With its large experience, which made it one of the most important AIESEC in the region, AIESEC in Tunisia is really happy to to organize International President Meeting 2010. AIESEC in Tunisia has an important role in the country economic life. Beside the matching process which could allow lots of companies to get the know-how from different people from all over the world and though, to get in touch with a new vision to get competitive in a this liberal context, AIESEC in Tunisia, contributes to develop lots of activities and to work sustainable in different areas.

Since 1962, AIESEC worked with the universities and different governmental and non-governmental organizations to be still in touch with the moves and the changes that Tunisia was showing during these 4 last decades. Working hand in hand with the UNICEF for instance to make people aware about some catastrophes or with the Managerial institutions to enhance the opportunities that were emerging over here.
All the students that had the chance to do some internship abroad were back home with excellent feedbacks and shared all what they learnt as knowledge with the people here. That’s why AIESEC Tunisia is really greedy to say that it contributes to be an important participant to all that Tunisia is living as modernity, progress, increase of way of life and stability.

AIESEC Tunisia exists since 1962, and has now 7 offices in 3 Tunisian City (Tunis, Nabeul and Sfax) in 10 universities of Economic and Management sciences. Over the last years, AIESEC Tunisia membership has been growing rapidly, not just in terms of numbers, but also in terms of the diversity in the background of people.It wants to be on track of the learning needs of its members, in order to provide them with the appropriate values, competencies and the skills that will take them ready to offer and gain from the organization. It also wants to help them facilitate their personal and professional development to make a positive impact in the Tunisian environment
